"Kind of expensive for what you get"
I tried it out for my store, and it works okay, but the price just felt a bit much for what it actually does. I kept looking for the extra value to justify paying every month, but... yeah, I just didn’t really see it. Ended up deciding not to keep it

"Honestly, it was way more confusing than it should’ve been"
I really wanted this to be simple, but the whole thing was just frustrating to use. The layout felt confusing, the checkout process had me second-guessing every step, and I kept running into little things that made it harder than it needed to be. For example, I wasn’t sure where to click next, I had trouble figuring out how to review my order, the payment section didn’t feel very clear, and even basic stuff like editing my cart or going back a step felt annoying. It kind of reminded me of those websites where you’re just trying to buy one thing, like shoes or a charger or a birthday gift, and suddenly you’re stuck clicking around menus, pop-ups, shipping options, discount boxes, and account sign-ups. By the end, I was more irritated than interested. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Support didn’t really help"
I was mostly paying attention to how long it took them to get back to me, and it was days before I heard anything. When they finally replied, they still didn’t actually fix the issue, so the whole thing felt frustrating.

"Support took too long to get back to me"
I reached out to flycart.org because I needed help with something fairly time-sensitive, the replies were just too slow. I kept checking my email and waiting for some kind of update, but nothing came through when I actually needed it.
By the time they finally responded, it was already too late to be useful. I get that teams can be busy, but if a company offers support, I think there’s a basic responsibility to respond in a reasonable time. The service itself might be fine, but the support experience didn’t feel reliable to me.

"Discount rules felt a bit too limited"
I tried using Flycart to set up discounts for my store, and compared to a few other discount tools I’ve used, it felt a little limited once I got past the basic offers. Simple deals were easy enough, but when I wanted more specific conditions, it started to feel more complicated than it should have.
A few rules needed workarounds, which added extra time and made the setup feel less smooth. I can see it being fine for stores that only need straightforward discounts, but for my shop, it just didn’t give me the flexibility I was looking for. Support was decent, but overall the plugin wasn’t quite the right fit for me.

"setup Docs were kinda confusing"
I had a hard time getting started. I couldn’t find the basic steps anywhere obvious, so the docs just made Setup feel more confusing than it needed to be

"I got charged, and then had to keep..."
I got charged, and then had to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted out... super frustrating!! Their replies took forever, and when they did respond, it wasn’t even that clear??? The whole billing process just felt messy to me, i still don’t really trust it. Not a great experience at all...

Maybe it’s just me, but the cart kept messing up when I tried to check out. The checkout page wouldn’t load right, and it made the whole process frustrating.

"Updates are decent, but I don’t always feel heard"
Flycart updates are usually okay, but there have been a few times where it felt like things were pushed out before they were fully ready. Some fixes did help, but then new bugs popped up, which was frustrating. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but I do sometimes feel like feedback gets overlooked and the updates could use more testing before being released.

"Works okay, but the goalposts keep moving"
The plugin does work most of the time, but every now and then it just breaks for no clear reason. What’s frustrating is that when you reach out for support, it takes way too long to get a response, and it feels like the goalposts keep moving on what’s actually needed to fix things. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but it definitely makes the whole experience more annoying than it should be.

"Free version feels pointless unless you upgrade"
I tried flycart because I just needed some basic discount rules for my store, nothing complicated or advanced.

the free version felt more like a preview than something I could actually use. Every time I clicked around and found a feature that seemed helpful, it was locked behind Pro. It started to feel like the free users were kind of being brushed off.

Maybe it’s a solid plugin if you’re willing to pay, but I don’t really like installing something only to realize the useful basics are mostly behind an upgrade. Just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"A bit tricky with WooCommerce"
I had some trouble getting this to work smoothly on my WooCommerce store. Support did get back to me, but the replies felt a little slow at times, and I kept running into a few small bugs. That said, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, it just took more patience than I expected

"Expected More Customization Options"
I thought there would be a lot more flexibility to set things up the way I wanted, but the customization options ended up feeling basic. It worked, but it didn’t really let me tweak much, so it was a bit disappointing compared to what I expected

"Misleading wording and plugin conflicts"
I thought this would work fine with my setup based on how it was described, but the wording felt misleading once I actually installed it. It caused issues with some of my other plugins, and support wasn’t really able to sort it out. After spending too much time trying to make it work, I ended up removing it from my site.

I tried using the site, but the layout is just confusing. Everything feels scattered, and I had to spend way too much time figuring out where to click. The wording on the site sounds all polished and corporate, but it doesn’t really help when the actual experience is this clunky

"Made the store feel a bit slower"
I added Flycart hoping it would help, but quickly the site started feeling slower, especially on the cart and checkout pages. Support was alright, but when you notice customers might be waiting longer at the worst possible step, it’s hard to ignore. I ended up removing it because the speed hit just wasn’t worth it for my store.

"Bug still isn’t fixed after weeks"
I ran into a bug with their plugin, and reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix. They asked for more details, so I sent over everything they needed, screenshots, steps, the whole thing, and then the process just started dragging.
After a bunch of back and forth, the issue is still there, and it felt like they were mostly guessing. I really wanted this to get sorted, but after weeks of waiting, I’m frustrated with how it was handled.

"Felt like setup made things harder than it needed to"
I thought getting Flycart set up would be more straightforward, but it ended up feeling like I was just left to figure things out the hard way. Some of the settings weren’t very clear, so I kept bouncing between the docs, testing stuff, and then fixing things again when it didn’t work how I expected. It did eventually work, but it took way more time than I feel it should have. Support was okay, but not exactly quick, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I was hoping
